Senior Acro Dance Workshop

This workshop is a continuation of our first workshop and is for students ages 8 & up or with instructor approval. The purpose of this workshop is to increase strength and flexibility to perform acrobatic movements/tricks in a dance context and to expand on what was learned in the first workshop.
